Have Breakfast for Your Attitude Each Morning
You probably tell your clients about the extreme importance of breakfast, and how it affects their overall health, and their day.
Are you following that point as it relates to your own mental health and attitude?
I can’t confirm this, but based on my experience–I think that mental health experts would agree– that your first thoughts of the day are the most important ones of the day, and set the tone for what you’ll do and accomplish that day.
Therefore, start each day with a positive thought.
Before any negatives creep into your mind, make sure a positive concept is already firmly entrenched.
Many people take time while in the shower to think about what they’re thankful for.
Others read inspirational passages.
Get a paper calendar with motivational quotes for every day of the year. Or, subscribe to one of the many inspirational and motivational email quotes of the day.
Feed your mind with positives as soon as you wake up and it will place you in the proper frame of mind to serve at the top of your game!
